Quest Finder is a mobile app that simplifies and gamifies the exploration of new places.
Wherever you are in the world, Quest Finder will find local sights and events for you to explore. Sights include locations such as viewpoints and tourist attractions while events can include anything such as concerts and any other organized events. Going to the location and claiming the Quest will save your achievement for you to remember. If you feel like Quest Finder is missing interesting locations or you would like to advertise your events, you may use the following links to suggest your locations.

These Terms of Service govern your use of Quest Finder, provided by Nick Litvinov. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1.1. You agree to use Quest Finder only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
2.1. You will be required to create an account using Google (or Apple for IOS users). Quest Finder will use the login to verify your identity. Your email address will be immediately encrypted and stored for identification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account used to login into Quest Finder.
3.1. Location services are required to use Quest. Your location will only be used to deliver the most relevant information such as closest quests and accurate distance calculations. Your location is never used for other purposes nor is it stored on Quest servers after the request is complete.
4.1. The App and its content are owned by the author and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, or create derivative works of the App or its content without the author's prior written consent.
5.1. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
5.2. The Author does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, nor does it make any representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the App's content.
6.1. To the extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
7.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.1. The Author reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
